Anna Tiomina is a Fractional CFO, AI trainer, and corporate advisor. She’s the founder of Blend2Balance, a consulting firm focused on helping Finance teams implement AI solutions in practical, business-relevant ways. Her background includes senior finance roles in both public and private companies. Today, Anna works with small and mid-sized companies to integrate AI into their financial operations. 

Andrew Jepson, based in Sydney, Australia, is the founder of The FBP Team. His company is dedicated to equipping the global finance community with innovative tools and techniques to help finance teams become more commercial, communicate with non finance more effectively and get finance a seat at the table. With over 20 years of experience as a senior finance executive and General Manager across diverse industries, Andrew actively delivers Finance Business Partnering training across the world. He is a keynote speaker, author and considered one of the world’s only subject matter experts on finance business partnering. 

Carolina Lago is a Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and financial modeling specialist with over 25 years of experience across multiple industries and three continents. As Managing Director of Tactic Financial, she helps professionals and organizations transform complex data into clear insights and strategic decisions. Carolina delivers corporate training, advisory services, and online courses that empower finance professionals to sharpen their technical expertise and elevate their strategic impact.

Christian Wattig is an accomplished FP&A expert with over a decade of leadership experience in multinational corporations and fast-growing tech start-ups. He spent eleven years at Procter & Gamble and Unilever, where he led FP&A and accounting teams. Now, he shares his expertise as the Director of the Wharton School's FP&A certificate program and via LinkedIn where he has more than 100,000 followers. He's taught employees from respected companies like Amazon, Microsoft, Walmart, Uber, Adobe, and Goldman Sachs.

From Public Accounting to FP&A in 2019, David forged a dynamic path in finance. In late 2020, he actively contributed on his first fundraising journey, successfully securing $31M. Now, he’s on a new path - teaching Excel & Microsoft Copilot. In 2024, David was given the highly coveted Microsoft MVP award for his outstanding work in Excel and Copilot.

Nathan Liao is the founder of CMA Exam Academy, a leading program that helps people worldwide pass the Certified Management Accountant exam. As a CMA himself, Nathan knows the industry inside out. Rob Stephens is the Founder of CFO Perspective. He has been quoted in Forbes, U.S. News and World Report, Bloomberg Businessweek, and many other news sources. Rob has a 30-year career that includes serving as CFO, Director of Operations, and SVP of Finance. Rob is an adjunct instructor for the MBA program at Gonzaga University, and holds a Masters of Science in Personal Financial Planning and a Graduate Certificate in Financial Therapy from Kansas State University. Rob received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and is a CPA.

Based in Brussels, Soufyan Hamid has worked half of his career in BIG 4 firms as a consultant and the other half as a Finance Business Partner before specializing in in improving the presentation skills of FP&A teams located worldwide through his online boot camps and training. He founded The Finance Circle, his global consulting firm, that provides corporate training around Finance Business Partnering and Financial Storytelling. Soufyan is a top Storytelling Voice on LinkedIn with nearly 80,000 followers.
